We had a nice stay in a long time. All in all, it was convenient base for travelling to San Sebastian. The staff was really friendly and gentle, outstanding services, we felt like home.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with ramps and handrails available to assist me in moving around comfortably.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation better for senior people is if the children working there could provide a daily schedule of activities suitable for our age group. A program that includes gentle exercise classes or cultural tours would have made our stay even more enjoyable.
